Matt & Samantha Bowley incorporated Columbia Environment, Inc. (CEI) in 2006. Along with our skilled and talented crew, we built a foundation of success based on reputation; our sole advertisement was the recommendation our clients offered to their friends and neighbors. Through this challenging economy our small business has grown because we maintain a philosophy of treating our clients the way we like to be treated in business.

Our passion is for restoration. We enjoy the challenge of blending the beauty and the resilience of older buildings with today’s energy efficient materials, striving for “better than new” construction. We work with and listen to our clients, offering design support and budget-conscious options for their remodel projects. We have extensive experience in the areas of water damage assessment and re-construction. We are conscious of the construction industry’s impact on our beautiful northwest environment, and make efforts to minimize unnecessary waste, and to salvage, re-use and recycle our materials, with the goal of maintaining structural integrity.
